Starting in July 2019, we’re offering a new subscription service for our products, and we deliver it to you locally on the Big Island once a month!  We call it the Antiox-box, and it includes your choice of white pineapple, turmeric, and last but certainly not least, our chocolate.   

White Pineapple is a much less acidic version of the common yellow pineapple that most of us are accustomed to.  The flesh is nearly white and the core is much less fibrous than it’s yellow cousin (so there’s much less waste).  Pineapple has significant amount of Bromelain, which a great natural anti-inflammatory.

Turmeric is widely regarded as one of the best – if not THE BEST – natural anti-inflammatory on the planet.  It’s a great spice for cooking or add it raw to your morning smoothie.  Mix it in equal parts with black pepper for maximum benefit. 

Not all chocolate is healthy, but small-batch craft chocolate is very high on the list of healthy foods.  Not only do we use Organic fair-trade cacao beans and Organic and sustainably farmed Turbinado-style sugar, but our philosophy for making chocolate is to preserve all the healthy components while still making a fantastic tasting product.  Our chocolate is dense with important nutrients including Iron, Magnesium, Polyphenols, and last but not least, Theobromine, which is responsible for the GREAT mood you’re in after eating chocolate, and which acts as a great appetite suppressant.

• How to join: If you’d like to join, just send an email with a request to add you to our list: mike@hichocolatefarm.com. Please indicate the items and quantities that you’d like delivered monthly.
• Once we receive your order, you’ll get a Square electronic invoice for the first delivery. Thereafter, your card will be charged automatically once per month and you’ll automatically get a delivery of the Antiox-box.  How easy is that? 
• How to cancel: just send me an email with the request and we’ll remove you. We can also pause delivery in case you go on vacation.
